here is the donor car, right after i put on the Teins and rims
(it was rediculously high with the stock suspension too)

you can see my truck in the background (have a new tow/parts truck since then)
i have all the paint supplies (paint, raducer, clearcoat) and various other necessary mixers and stuff, looking to paint by the new year (i have to find somone with a quality spraygun that i can borrow)
its PPG paint, custom matched by T&H auto paints on rt 50 in nevada
they matched up the royal purple color, and added some pearl and a pinch of gold fleck (gold looks good with purple)
also have rustoleum industrial enamel color matched to the midnight purple (will add paint code when i feel like getting the paint down from the shelf to look) to do a home-job paintjob... its tougher and way cheaper than 2 stage, and no need to clearcoat, just wetsand the crap out of it with 2000 grit
heres the test fitment of the silvia body conversion, minus the rear bumper.... which requires an extra set of elbows on your arm and a ratcheting wrench to install or take off... so it wont go on until after i paint.
with the stock power folding mirrors and the door handles (so the locks all go with one key... brought the whole lock set back with me, trunk (with CA trapezoid silvia cover), doors, glovebox (with ugly tweed covering that will be replaced with grey vinyl)
and the ignition .... i have a pole position key that fits the lock set

.... mmmm..... sexy

Evil ..... (more evil when i get the Apex'i front-mount on there

the engine bay in grey

the engine bay as it is now, i like it like this, just need to clean up the lines a bit

waiting for a few parts to arrive before i can drop the engine in
