So I couldn't stand driving around with no stereo for very long so I started that project. I started with an Alpine CDA-7840 head unit and routed the front and rear preamps into an Audio Control 3XS crossover. That send signals to an Alpine 3526 4 channel amplifier running Rockford Fosgate 6x9's in the rear and Blaupunkt 6 1/2 in the front doors with some cheapo Boss tweeters spliced into them. Those old Duo-B circuit Alpines are the best amps ever, they put out way more power than advertised and you simply can't break them. Anyway, then I came across a sub and amp for sale and added them to the equation. I put in a Pioneer IMPP subwoofer (the old ones with the diamond plate on them) in a bandpass box and hooked in a Lanzar Vibe 210 amp to power it. I tied it all together with Stinger wires and interconnects and added a relay on my remote wire so I wouldn't burn it out. For a cheap pieced together flea market system it sounds great! It goes way louder than it should and sounds really clear. With the bandpass box it doesn't even make the hatch rattle.

So I guess I will tie in the rest of the interior with this page. It had flamed seat covers to match the paint, and a Sunpro tachometer in it. I added a RAZO shift knob I got for free in a open box deal. (I just paid $5 for shipping) and I slapped a buddy christ from Dogma on the dashboard. It was just poor white trash enough...

Okay, on to where the car is right now and future plans.
