These are pictures of a Custom Adapter plate I came up with to adapt a Mazda Turbo II transmission onto a stock miata Motor. Anything above 200whp you are getting close to have enough power to killing transmissions often. Myself and Ric Stephens (minimonster) Have destroyed over 15 Trannies. I have a similar trans plate adapting Turbo II trans to My FE3 Motor.

This is the 1/2" 6061 Alum Plate.
Plate on motor. Starter mounted to plate.
Plate allows clearance for Any DP that fits stock Trans.
