April 26th update: Just took some pics of the car home finally with it's S14 SR20DET swap. She doesn't do too bad with stock boost. Right now I'd say it would keep up with my automatic C5. It's got a Warlboro 255lh fuel pump, Apexi Intake, HKS 3" Downpipe, BRM 3" Single tip Stainless Steel Exhaust with Hi-Flow Magnaflow cat, pullies, Rocker Arm Stoppers, Front Mount Intercooler, Nismo motor/tranny mounts, Exedy Stage 1 Clutch, and some serious balls compared to the old, tired KA24E that was in the car originally. I certainly don't miss that KA24E one bit. Still got bugs to iron out, but at least she's moving on her own power.

When you see that in your rear view, GET OUT OF THE WAY! j/k :)

March 12th, 2008 update: Nothing new done to the car, it's been sitting on my dad's place collecting dust(has a slight idling problem now when cold), as my attention has been elsewhere. My FD is in a shop getting some wiring done before it's sold to a friend in Pennsylvania, and I'm hoping to pick up my supercharged C5 from Orange County Corvette up in Irvine after getting some boost fixes and relocating the radiator, to accommodate the factory fans(and got a bump in horsepower with a new air filter and airbridge). I'd like to finish this car and make it into a daily driver, as I have many plans for the C5, but we'll see how that goes.

January 21st, 2006 update: Today was a smog day. My Chevy 4x4 passed, took the S13 in and... The car's too low to go over the equipment! Well actually, it's the exhaust that was too low. HKS Hi-Power w/ Zeal coilovers don't make for a high profile ride. So Monday I'm going to drop the car off at an exhaust shop down the street from my work and hopefully they can make some custom exhaust hangers to get that bitch up another inch or 2. One can hope anyway. My dad commented on the rough ride compared to his 96 Vette. Haha I told him small price to pay to make an 'econo' car keep up with a high performance sports car. Should be picking up my S14/S13 hybrid frontclip from Panda Garage next weekend. Right now just doing a final check list on things to buy(RAS, downpipe, FMIC, piping, new hoses, gaskets, waterpump, etc)

January 17th update: Manual seatbelts and S14 seats are in. Just getting ready for my SR swap. Should start pulling the KA motor the first week of February and have the SR running hopefully by my birthday the end of the month. Also attempting to use my store credit at Panda Garage to get a redtop SR motorset instead of the front clip since I plan on keeping the S14 now and doing a swap to it later. Need to save as much $ as I can for my babies. SR + Z brakes and the S13 will be pretty much done the way I want it.

December 26th update: Car's home!

Trust me, seeing a sr20, and how easy it is to swap, is very tempting. But I was thinking of going with a VQ swap. 5* for your silvia.
