WHAT YOU'LD SEE
When I got the car, the exterior was in great condition as it still is. A nice wax job shines it up nice. I added Rally fog lamps, and made my own clear side markers with blue lights. Also, there is a blue neon which leaks into the grille and lights up my under the bumper. I added the bowtie on the back and a tip from Pepboys onto my Flowmaster 40 series muffler. I have a strut brace from gmpartsdirect.com. I have hood scoops and a spoiler being painted now, and then I'll mount them myself. I have also added mesch grill (pictured above).
I made this grille for a grand total of $10. Beat that you lazy ricers! I got the mesch at home depot (a 6'x3' sheet for $5). I then took the silver/gray bottomportion off of a Monte Carlo and the bowtie is off of the old grille. I then used some screws, snipers and a lot of patience.
These are my new wheels and tires. They are American Estrella series 16x7's wrapped in a Bridgestone Potenza that measures 16/225/50 (Z-rated of course). I painted my brakes silver.
I have a 45x4 watt Pyle (PLC 138) head unit attatched to two 80 watt tweeters and 120 watt Jensens in the back, 120 watt Audiobahn's in the front doors.
In the trunk I had a Pyramid amp (240 watt) and a 10" Pyramid 300 watt sub. Now I have a Legacy Package of 600 watt sub, band pass box to put in my two new 400 watt, 10" subs!
Inside I also have a few custom tweaks such as: blue neon under the seats that "blinks with the bump", security LED light flush mounted, Sunpro tach, painted silver knobs, and I'm working on headrest cover with a bowtie in the middle. I put in seats out of a Monte Carlo and a center console. Then I added some switches for accesories.
This is my center console. I took out the panel where the gear shifter was and made a switch panel. This panel controls varous lights in and out of the car as well as power to my amp. It also has two LEDs tied into my shift solenoids that allows me to know when it shifts up and down. I can use this to possibly manipulate the shifting later. If you open the ash tray you will find the trunk button and a cutoff switch for my fog lights.
I took the left over carbon fiber material and hit my insturment cluster.
For a before and after look I used my dad's lumina which has a gray interior, but this is what mine was at the begining...
