most of the stuff thats has happened from recent to past

*update* Jun 4, 2009  i havent been up to much recently with the car. most of it has been because ive been busy with other things and cash is going to toher places atm. i did how ever get ahold of the front LCAs and sway bar of a 99-00 civic Si but i need to get the shock forks before i can use it. i also bought a new upper and lower tie bar since mine is going out but thats something so recent i havent replaced it just yet. i bought two pairs of Raybrig White LED 194 bulbs that i had intended to use for the CTR citylights and the rear licence plate lights. to my dismay they werent bright enough for me on the licence plate so i tried using them in the sidemarkers which are still not installed. the bulbs were too long for the side markers so i have an extra set i cant use atm. other then that ive noticed that the tires on the Volks have worn out much faster thanks to them being wider then the Mugens and the rear camber being negative more then i would like. i have plans to put some washers or get a rear camber kit to help alleiviate this problem. other then that i havent taken the walker back off yet and i took the rear wing off just for randomness. the more i see it with out the rear wing the more i dont like how it looks with just the walker on it. reason being is i dont have a rear lip on the car and the lines dont flow evenly with out the wing. i do how ever have noticed that with out the wing the car has alittle more pickup and go from a stop BUT at high speeds its more unstable. if i choose to race again ill take the wing off for that reason.

oh and i got rid of the snowflakes. didnt need them.

*update* Mar 30, 2009  its been a while but ive done a few things here and there. i bought a Spoon axel back a while ago and installed it. i also got ahold of a stock Si rear sway bar and installed that. i bought an ITR rear sway but im waiting on getting a ASR sub brace and the CTR front sway bar setup before i install it. mounted the oil catch can too and won a set of Xentec HIDs in a drawing at a local shop for $10. those are installed too. ive also found out this motor doesnt like 91 octane much and feels much better with 100 octane >_< which is $6 a gallon... ive also got a 96-98 cup holder and relocated my new Kenwood down there and put a dual din block-off plate up top. ive also got my CTR fenders as well but they are waiting on cash so i can get them painted. installed a SiR gunmetal rear emblem and replaced the Civic emblem with a brand new one. i also got some dohcVTEC decals from Honda and replaced my sohcVTEC custom ones. bought a set of 14" Acura LS snowflakes cause i thought they were 15s so i have them lying around for no real reason. more when i can think about it.

*update* Dec 20, 2008 ordered Civic Type R headlights and a Spoon Sports 1.35 radiator cap for the Mishimoto radiator. also traded a friend my AEM cold air intake plus some cash for his AEM V2. Sold my black housing headlights as well. trying to find a place to mount my oil catch can atm...

*update* Nov 29,2008 went to the local races at the track and blew the driver side motor mount >_< fixed it the next day with the extra i had from the purchase of the swap. need to get Hasports so this wont happen again... Also went to the junkyard and got a cluster from a 5-speed CR-V. it glows amber like my Si console but i lost 500rpms compared to the Ex cluster so after the car revs past 8k its a guess on where to shift... but i like it like that. Got a new driver side door panel that isnt busted up like the one i have now... will be on the look out for the passenger side door panel and the passenger side kick panel... might get another side skirt as well since i accidentally scratched into the plastic...

*update* Nov 21,2008  i had bought a Skunk2 test pipe for the motor but it didnt fit so i had to get a custom setup. ill fix this later by going with a full spoon exahust setup instead. also bought a NRG oil catch can which i still havent figured out where ill put it...

*update* Nov 10,2008 ive been busy but now its all done. complete B16b swap has been installed and is running strong! here are some of the new radiator and the motor installed...

*update* Oct 19, 2008 i took some pictures of my car with the stock bumper and the Fugen lip... didnt mind how it looked but i went ahead and took some time to paint it... i personally color matched it and spent maybe $60 in paint and materials and used up roughly 6 hours of time with the drying, painting and sanding.

before is on the left and after is obviously the other one lol

*update* Oct 16, 2008 got new Spoon Sports resevoir covers cause the others were stretched and old. also go a new distribitior cap and rotor. oh and for the hell of it i got a Fugen (fake Mugen) front lip for the stocker... im putting the airwalker on hold as i dont want it getting messed up any further until i can get the cash for paint...

*update* Oct 9, 2008 bought a Hondata B-Series Intake maniflod gasket today to replace the one i ripped when i took off the intake manifold from the new motor. i still need new belts and a radiator and i can put the motor in at any time i want after that... dont know when i will though...

*update* Oct 7, 2008 ive got the motor but im just waiting on  getting a new radiator and im checking it out to make sue everything is in good working order before i install it. the Spoon rear tower bar is installed as well.

*update* Sept 30,2008 so ive ordered my B16b civic type R motor and ill pick it up tomorrow. ive also ordered my Spoon Rear tower bar which i will also have by tomorrow. im also planning to get a Spoon Header.. which ill let you know if i get or not lol.

*update* September 4,2008 guess what? ive saved about 7k since ive been here BUT im gonna have to use some of it to find a place to stay >_< either way the motor swap is a given and im going to do what ever i can to get those rims i need. prolly will settle for one TE37 and only 4 RE30s though... oh and chances are i will be getting HKS coilovers to replace my Tein Basics... and those will be up for sale at $500 as they are only a year old have only been lowered to the lowest setting ONCE and then raised back up within a few hours.  im only paying 1k for the HKS so ill get half my money back if i can sell them for that and i think its a damn good deal since i bought them for $800 new. im also planning to get the CTR cluster, CTR Headlights (hopefully) and the spoon rear tower bar. we will know what happens when it happens and ill let you know whats up...

*update* June 23, 2008 well... im currently in a place where i am saving alot of cash so alot of things will be done when i get home in September. not all of the things i have planned will happen but about 80% of them will take form and i hope to have some of the more expensive things taken care of first. the list is posted at the end of the main page for those who are intereseted in what i have planned...

*update* finally took the time to fix my speed sensor the other day as well as changing my oil and transmission fluid... so while i was under there i installed my new Spoon Magnetic bolts and replaced my O2 sensor for the hell of it... car runs way better and VTEC is working now... didnt even know it wasnt working til after i drove it and the car felt different...

*update* bought a NRG hub, NRG quick release, and a Nardi Torino steering wheel the other day... the place i bought it from helped install it for free! thanks JSAparts! JSAparts.com if you didnt know is a local Las Vegas JDM shop... 2 thumbs up for them. Katsu (the owner) helped me even try to install my CTR-x pedals but could only get the gas to fit and didnt bother with the clutch after we found out the Brake wont fit my car...

*update* got a Vtec valve cover from a Delsol the other day... i need to get it stripped and painted followed by getting the letters polished

*update* got just under 6K for the damages... fixed the rear panel... bought CTR thin strips and had them color matched followed by getting Tein Basics... did the rear disk conversion along with the Tein basics and lowered it on the Mugen MR5s... replaced my cheesey sohcVTEC decals with ones that are identical to the Si's but have the "s" instead of the "D"...

the decal before (left) and then after (right)...

*update*
on Feb. 11, 2007 my car was hit by a semi truck and the drive side rear quater panel is destroyed along with one of the TE37s... more to come when i know it... i do have pictures of the damage and ill post them up here later

*update* got the bearing replaced but the motor was still knocking so i ended up just replacing it... i also got a recaro in and the side skirts foldables wing and bumper painted... everything but the front bumper has been put on as it needed to be resprayed so im waiting on that... ill post pics as soon as i can...

*update* i had some engine trouble and its being looked/fixed right now... it seems i might have thrown a rod bearing so im just waiting on that really...
my rod bearings....

*update* Oct 15,2006
first off after i got home the car started acting up and all stupid.... so i went ahead and started a tune-up (sort of)... so i replaced:
distrbuter cap/rotor
spark plug wires
spark plugs
timing belt
all three normal belts
driver side window regulator
hood release line (mom broke it so we had to use pliers to open the hood...)
a/c blower fan and motor (mom melted the fan so i had no a/c what so ever...)
center console (thanks to ViceCityRiceEJ8 from www.theJDM.com)
shift knob
stock mirrors with the JDM foldables
and after all that happened something snapped in the transmission so i had to get it replaced too.... so now i have another (Y8) tranny but with good syncros (i now have second gear!!!) next on the to do list is rewire another kenwood in and some speakers ive needed to be replaced.... figure out how to put those CTR-x pedals in cause im completely lost on how to do that and get to my next base so i can get the parts i shipped over for this thing lol...
