This page is about my recently acquired 1996 Mustang GT Convertible. The previous owner updated the body to look like a Cobra. That is fine, but I'm interested in building horsepower! :)
I've only had the car 2 weeks, but have since upgraded with 3.90:1 gears in the rear which really woke the car up. I've also added a high-flow UPR X-pipe with bullet convertors that are much less restrictive than stock. I've replaced both factory coils with MSD high-output ones, and swapped the stock plug wires and plugs for Taylor 8mm spiro-cores and NGK race plugs. The car also has a K&N air filter, and Flowmaster mufflers.
