im geno and im 18 and thats my 86 cavy hatchback. not to many like her around. i've seen 3 other ones, i bought one, bought parts from the other, and seen one a town away i paid 100 apiece for the 2 that i have and i know it looks like nothing right now but shes gunna be my import eater when im done with her

ok so looks like when income tax comes back i will be painting the car i have decided on black i think im gunna start driving it shortly after that cuz my truk is being a POS and needs some work i will post pics for anyone who looks or cares hahaha

ok so the only update i have is that i now have a stage 2 turbo for my car and that there wont be to much more work i do on it untill summber cuz i dont wanna drive it in the snow and i cannot drive again untill 10-24-06 so by then i will have my truck finneshed and i will make a new page for it other than that not much new keep checkin back i will update and let u all know whats up

ok i have new pics i've been doin some work on the second body already have the 2.8 and the 5 speed in the inside is totally gutted all but the dash and i have the hatch and the new Z-24 front end on there so here are the new pics tell me what u think about it

so i got the seats and carpet in the car and got her all runnin good so im gunna be puttin the z-24 stabalizer bar under the back and workin on the breaks and what not tomorrow post pics when i get them

snowed alot today we have like 8 inchs so i cant get the car outta its parkin spot into the garage so i just stayed home cuz im to lazy to plow but last week i did get the stabalizer bar and all the brakes workin i got all the electrical shit fixed up too so all i have left is to get the body work done and paint it up im rather sure its gunna be midnight black with the silver ground kit i'll make it the new post question so i'll try to post some pics when i have a chance to take them

Thanks for the comment, My car looks a little diffrent now. Those taillight covers I bought in 1997 and from what I understand they are not made by GTS or AutoVentshade any more. Some times if you lucky you'll find some on Ebay, But you can still order the front ones. I just went to PA for my 1987 Z24 hood. If you want to see more pics, www. photbucket.com (my user name jwtuncan) look through to find them, also on Myspace.com look for my car it has its own profile its ,v6z24.com I have wanted to do the 88-90 nose swap but decided to keep original. But I may this year do a 3.4l (turboed) with a 5-speed manual or full LS1 rear wheel drive conversion. I love this car Ive got about 7k invested now. All work done by ME!

wow, an old school J. definitely swap that engine out. the 2.0l were crap. good luck on it all. go to http://www.j-body.org for any help/info you may need. come check out my 99 cavalier and let me know what you think.
