NOV. - here are some new pics of the pioneer avic-n1 and my police siren under the hood.
i hooked the sho-me siren controller under my cupholder near my avic-n1 ecm. i hooked the siren's trigger to my alarm's siren output. i connected my car's horn trigger wire to the police horn tone. finally, i connected the police siren's third tone to a button i mounted in my center console.
SEPT. 05 - i just changed the front speakers for JL xr-650 components. pictures coming shortly.
only changes so far have been changing the shoes. 22" RVM retablo with 305/45/22. Yes, they do rub the plastic fenderwells at certain wheel angles. eventually i'd like to lift the front of the truck to level it out but for now, the rub doesn't bother me.
the truck came with a k&n filter in this smoked clear acrylic intake - apparently it's made by a company called UPD (ultimate performance design).
