The first step was to pull out the OEM radio to tap into the high level outputs that would feed the line output converter.
In this case, I decided I did not want to alter the OEM wiring at all, so I used a regular wiring harness and a reverse wiring harness (one is designed to plug into the radio, the other into the car). Both of these were made by Scosche and use the CEA color code convention which made wiring everything up a cinch.
