Memphis washing the truck....
Here the box is wrapped in fleece.it got a little short in the back corners,but that is not a problem... started applying RESIN 1.5 Gallons of resin to saturate the fleece...40.00 resin dried,and sanded.. Inside shot,no strength yet...just the resined fleece...Then this project got shoved in the corner and sat like this for a "few" months After I could afford the right materials,I went back to work on this pig,and started to make it strong... the large areas on the left and right sides of the enclosure recieved a layer of 4MM core material from Select Products,then over that 3 layers of 2oz chopmatt..
then came rope,for the real strength.... The rope was glued into position,then it was glassed over..thus creating a hell of an arch in the glass and alot of strength... PAGE 6.......INTERIOR BRACING

wow man i am very impressed.that is a killer system you must have put thousands of hours into that car. i dont know why the ratings are so low.. you have my 5 stars man. i like all the custom enclosures and that console is pretty cooltoo.keep up the good workman i iwsh i could build a system like that!
