this is my 1984 f-150. i bought it from an old man who kept it in a garage and hardly ever drove it. the body is beautiful with hardly any rust.
i started this project with a flip kit in the rear and lowering shackles. i added some air shocks to get a little more fender clerance too. then i added some lakewood traction bars to help with the hookup. has 3" lowering i beams and 2" lowering springs in the front for a total of 7" in the rear and 5" in the front.

the rear tires are 295/50R15 cooper cobras on 15x10 slot mags and the front tires a 225/70R15 cooper cobras on 15x7 slot mags. the interior is stock with the exception of a b&m starshifter and a sunpro 5" tach and radio delete with matching gauges. the trans is a c-6 rebuilt with a b&m trans kit and shift kit. the stock rear has been reworked with a spool, c-elimanator clips with 3.55 gears.

here is the motor. it is a stock 5.0 w/flat tops, and stock rods redone, all arp hardware. the cam is a comps cam XE268H with 268/280 dur. and .501/.512 lift, 1,600 to 5,800 rpm, double roller timing chain andvance 4 deg. the heads are DOOE with 1.94 int. and 1.60 exh valves with comp cams roller rockers. they have been fully ported and flowed. the have been decked so the comp ratio should well past 10:1, so i am hoping i am aleast into the 300hp range. has hedman long tube headers, with 3" dual exhaust, flowmonster high flow cats, and imco extreme racing mufflers, and sounds real good and very loud!
