The official homepage of the 2005 Dodge Neon SXT "AAR NEON"
Welcome to my page dedicated to my 2005 Dodge Neon SXT. I bought it brand new with 800 miles on it in June of 2005. It's my daily driver, but now I have something that I can trick out. The first week I had the car, I went to Discount Tire and bought some 17" wheels and tires. The wheels were Konig Reasons and the tires are Cooper Zeons (sold and replaced by Konig Unknowns). They really set the car off, but I realized I REALLY need to lower it. I also painted the front calipers and rear drums "anodized blue", but changed my theme and now I have them painted a nice metallic silver to accent the car better.
I absolutely love the car for the nice ride, comfortable interior, decent pep, and AWESOME gas mileage! On the way to get the wheels and on the way back, I was getting 39.7 mpg! You can't beat that when the last car I owned was a supercharged Buick that was close to 300 horses and used 91+ octane. I'm really pleased with the car and hope I am for years to come. Here's some pictures of it for your viewing pleasure.

Got some goodies out of the deal, like my new LED black tails, my front bumper repainted, and my Cavalier spoiler painted as well. I also got the Mopar front/rear lip kit, but not installed yet.
Mopar lip kit installed!
Finally purchased the side skirts to complete the kit...here's the kit installed. Pretty clean kit, if you ask me! Note: I had to remove the rear section of the SRT exhaust because I didn't want to cut holes in the rear bumper for them, because I have a new system in the works...
The new exhaust system-
