This is my 1984 Pontiac Trans Am. Gimme a break I bought the car for $400 so its not the best looking around. I have many plans for the car including LS-1 Swap to replace the tired 305 H.O. My ultimate goal is to turn it into a 12 Second Street/Strip car.

Update 1/16/2007: Its been awhile, I recently purchased a Barry Grant Road Demon Jr. Carb (650cfm), New Jeg's HEI Distributor, Clevite Timing Chain, and a new Harmonic Balancer. The Car is now running good. FINALLY!!! New Pics Soon!

Update 8/22/2006: More Bad News...ugh. I left the doors unlocked and you'll never guess what happened. The CD Player, Tach & Shift Lite, Carb, and Distributor were all stolen. Ugh about to end this piece of craps' life.

Update 7/18/2006: Recently added Sway Bar Links, Autometer 5" Monster Tach & Shift Lite, and CD Player.

Update 6/15/2006: Its been awhile, and the car has sat, :-(, I sold it to my cousin who put an Edelbrock 650 Carb on it. I have since bought it back. New Additions are as follows: Chrome Valve Covers, Edelbrock Performer Intake, New Cap & Rotor, and another tune up.

Update 9/18/05: I have currently dropped the original 383 Stroker plan. I bought a Pontiac 400 off of eBay out of a 1973 Firebird that I plan to swap instead. I am going to stroke the 400 to a 461 and all the other plans are the same.

Update 8/20/05: Oil Change, Tranny Mount, Flasher, PCV Valve, Spark Plugs, and an Air Filter.

Update 8/11/05: I just took off all the AIR components and started on the tune up. I also found out the car needs new motor mounts. I fixed the oil leak coming from behind the right valve cover, figures its the oil pressure switch. Replaced it and now no more oil! Next to come, plugs, plug wires, oil change, coolant flush, etc...

Hey nice project you got there...My T/A is in need of a 350 also, although my dad thinks we could build a bad ass 305 for cheaper- your lucky though, at least you dont have the CA SMOG nazis to deal with when building a motor...right now I just need to get a WORKING tranny! Then Ill worry about the motor...till then she sits infront of my house under the cover till further notice...

Keep me updated on your T/As progress!
