1987 crx Si w/optional convertible conversion (1 of 310)
This is my 1987 crx si convertible conversion by the R. Straman Company Of Costa Mesa, California. This car was done in November of 1986 and then sold as new at the Honda dealership. I picked this one up on 8-2-05 and it is in great condition it just needs some tlc and a real good detail job.
I hope you enjoy.
Update as of 10-6-08
I've had the car apart for about the last 8 months, I did some rust repair on the floor pan from the added bracing. I also repaired the trunk jamb that has some rust in it. I found a crx in the junkyard with only 80.000 miles on it with near mint interior so I bought all the interior and have installed it in this car, installed a digi dash that was optional in the JDM crx only, upgraded to integra seat, made a new convertible top and installed. I've done alot more little thing but to much to list so on with the pictures.
The new digi dash
The rust repair that was on the under side of the trunk jamb. before and after

Dustin808, the JDM digi dash was a rare option not offered to any left hand drive market. I bought it from New Zealand a while back.
