venom8LSS's 1979 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme

Project Stealth Olds:
This is my other Olds, a 1979 Cutlass Supreme. The other ride of course is my LSS http://www.cardomain.com/ride/551713. This car has been in the family since 1980, first being driven by my grandmother, then by my parents for a few years, and then by me for part of my high school life.
It was repainted and re-topped in 1998 after a hail storm in Charlotte, NC. Since then it has mostly been garage kepted, and still looks pretty good. Its major downfall is the ailing 4.3 liter V8 and Turbo 200 transmission (one of the worst transmissions ever built by GM). Other then needing some interior work which I plan on doing myself, the car is a good canidate for a little boost in horsepower. Although most of the work will have to wait until after college, I have started making plans for it, turning it from a granny car to a 300+ hp rice killing granny car. Is there any better way to go fast and not get unwanted attention from the cops? I think not.

The Wish List:
- Oldsmobile Rocket 350 or 403
- Turbo 350 or Turbo 200-R4 transmission
- Some badly needed suspension parts
