CarDomain and Finishlinewest are pairing up to bring you a progressive series aptly named "The Road to SEMA." We will be following the trials and the tribulations of Andy Cohen, acclaimed SEMA builder, of Finishlinewest. Typically, you see the end result of the efforts of such builders. This is one of the few opportunities where you get so see behind the scenes, to see the highlights and well the not so highlights of what it takes to build a SEMA worthy show vehicle.
We will be following Andy as he transforms this stock V6 (you heard me V6, TRUST US!!!!!!) Mustang to a Mustang RR. Think of it as a horse of a different color. This pony is going to take on the concept of a 60's Road Race Mustang with a modern twist. As we progress through the next couple of months we will show you the ins and the outs of creating such a masterpiece. With this series we will be showing you how to install a body kit, do a big brake upgrade, install a lowering kit, plus a number of performance, audio, and cosmetic upgrades we have up our sleeves. This is the gift that keeps on giving. Keep coming back because we have a TON of great stuff coming your way!!!!!!!!

Just because it's a new Mustang it's cool right?

We know, it needs a little sumpin' sumpin'

Hey, at least it's a cool color

We have a lot of magic in store for this car

Only the best go to SEMA and we have been building SEMA image vehicles for over 10 years. We have some awesome partners for this build and we will be bringing you some great tech articles and tips from the pros on how to incorporate them into your ride!
Well you need to start somewhere so this is it. After going through the cupboard there were a few things we needed to go shopping for so take note.
INGREDIENTS:
1 - 2005 Mustang V6
1 - Full tint job
1 - HUGE MYSTERY PALLET OF PARTS
Last but not least, ONE Completely stressed builder, because he has no idea what we have up our dirty little sleeves for him. HEHEHE!!!!

As you will see in coming weeks, we will be busy as bees building the Mustang up from zero to hero. As far as mods go the Vertical Doors are definately a 10 on the drool scale and everywhere you go the car will draw a crowd.
