A Rundown on the Roush Cougar:

All Roush editions were built in 1999 and 2000.

Official Roush colors were Rio Red, Silver Frost, Black, Vibrant White, and Zinc Yellow (2000 only).

All Roush editions were equipped with:

• Aero package (front bumper valences with fog lamp louvers, sideskirts, rear bumper valence, and unique fiberglass wing)

• Floor mats embroidered with the Roush logo

• Stainless Roush rolled exhaust tip

• Windshield decals, front and rear, and a Roush trunk badge

Stage 1 Roush editions added:

• High-rate Roush springs

• Upgraded 21mm Roush rear sway bar

Stage 2 Roush editions added:

• Roush-specific alloy rims with performance-rated tires

All Roush editions had the option of adding:

• Interior trim kit with CNC billet aluminum Roush pedals

• Dual-exit axle-back exhaust

You say you painted your taillights? How did you do that? Did you sand them at all first or what?? Thinking about doing mine black, if it's possible.. lol
