This is my 1989 Ford Escort GT which I got for $350.00 The bosy is in good shape with only a few scratches/dings in the paint. The car would not pass inspection due to a rusted out wheel well and there were holes in the floor. After a weekend of work it was repaired and passed inspection.

I dont know if you can get them for them 1st gens (dont know to much about them). But if you want to make clear ones its not to hard: Just bust the old lens out of the light assembly, ( make sure you have the assembly nice and clean, you can paint it to if you want) then just get some clear plexi glass, then put it in your oven at 225 degrees, keep an eye on it, grab some oven mitts, take the hot plexi glass and bend it over the top of the tail light, or corner light assembly ( just like the original lense) then cut off the exisis. Use epoxy, or silicone to make an air tight seal around the new lens and the frame, remember to use the right color bulbs, I.E orange and red.
