I fell in love with this car as soon as I saw its yellow skin on the sale site. The rear suspension has been raised around 15cm and a dual spoiler added...which kind of makes it look a little like the old Ford RS200.

When I got it there wasnt much needed to be done, just a new trunk floor, new side speakers and some engine parts replaced.
I bought some speakers that a nissan site advised...but they were the wrong size.....so I just pulled off the door and fabricated a new speaker housing from fiberglass....and decided to spray it yellow.
The two center ventilator fans were broken by the previous owner and replaced by speakers......so I ripped those out and pulled apart an old Fujitsu PDA I had lying around...gave it a sat receiver and badabing, GPS for under 70 notes.
After the speakers were sprayed yellow....it needed more...so the centre console got the treatment.
Somedays I really like it...some days I consider ripping it out and toning down the yellow....comments and\or ideas are welcomed at this point.
I am bored again so am considering fabricating some rear door pillar speakers in...yes you guessed it...yellow fiberglass :-)
UPDATE: 4th October, 2005
I just got an iPod Nano, so I thought I would do what I had been planning and add an iPod docking bay to the car. I used the Kenwood KCA ip500 interface so I can use the iPod through the car stereo headset. It works great and even charges the iPod.

I wanted the iPod to sit in the dash like an old 8 track cassette so I made a custom enclosure from fiber glass. All I need now is a nice Apple logo badge and a chrome nissan badge to put on the blank areas. Should look nice.
