Engine:

Fitted with 1294 cc stage 2 motor. Bore x Stroke 64.59 mm x 72.2 mm. 98 hp @ 3900 rpm. Compression ratio 10.5:1-Unleaded fuel cylinder head. Max torque: 70 lb. per ft. @ 3900 rpm. Carburetors by SU 1.5 Cooper with air ram. Electronic distributor. Two core high cooling radiator and an electric fan. New complete clutch fitted. K&N Cone filter added to carburetor.

Body:

Body dismounted and restored. New front end completely replaced. Body re-sprayed in Flame Red with white roof. Body has been lowered by 1.5 inches. John Cooper bonnet stripes applied to hood. John Cooper signature decals applied to bonnet stripes. 2.75 inch Rover fender flares added. New Cooper grill added. New front and rear MKII chrome bumpers fitted. Aston locking fuel cap. Four wipac spot lamps with rally light bar fitted. New Mini Cooper badges fitted to the front and back. Chrome boot hinges added. MKIII chrome license plate bezel fitted. Chrome roof gutter trim added. New crystal headlamps with Sylvania Silverstar H4 bulbs. Chrome wiper arms, chrome windshield washers, chrome wipers, and chrome wiper park discs fitted. Full Undercoating added. Two air horns fitted inside engine bay.

Interior:

Interior re-upholstered in black. Seats upholstered in black herrering bone by Scantex. Mini Cooper wood interior fitted including dashboard, side cappings, door pulls, and door levers. New carpets and boot liner. New front and rear windshield sealers in chrome fitted. New door seals. Mini Cooper reclining seats fitted. JVC CD player fitted with Kenwood 5” speakers. Emergency Brake boot fitted.

Brakes:

Upgraded brakes with vacuum-assisted master cylinder. Discs upgraded to 8.4” in the front and drums to 7” in the rear with 1” extra lip. Complete braking system front plus new pads, shoes, and slave cylinders and brake booster.

Steering:

Rack and pinion 2.3 point to point.

Transmission:

FWD 4 speed transmission.

Suspension:

Independent full suspension. Shock absorbers upgraded by 25%. Front and rear sub-frames replaced.

Wheels and Tires:

12x5” Minilite alloy wheels with 165x60x12 tires.

Exhaust System:

Replaced exhaust system in 2.0 and back box silencer repaired. Fit catalytic silencer.

Miscellaneous:

New high capacity battery fitted. John Cooper steering wheel and boss. 7.5 gallon Imperial gasoline tank.
