Fog light mod combined with Day Time Running Light mod

Fog light mod: 16g wire attached to bent fog relay terminal with female connector, 5 amp inline fuse, extended to load side of the 10 amp ignition fuse. Works great!
DTRL mod: 16g wire inserted into empty turn signal connector (sealed with epoxy), extended to green(hot)parking light wire (clipped green wire and spliced the black 16g wire into it. (When parking lights are turned on, turn signals come on solid, but blink even brighter when turn indicator is flipped.)
Truck Tent
At first I bought the more popular Sportz III tent but I just wasn't happy with it for $180. The entire tent was enclosed with such a small cab-pocket.
The ENEL Adventure tent not only fits perfectly but doesn't have a floor so I can use all of my bed rail attachments and my bed lights. It has great ventilation, four inner pockets, heavy duty zippers, a huge window for reaching into the cab, and a waterproof fly.

Bike Mount Attachment Mod
I wanted to be able to use my 9mm lockable Yakima skewers on the bike attachment so I cut off the tabs on both sides and bored out the hole to 23/64". This is the perfect bit size.
Installed cam locks in storage boxes.
(I wanted to keep my tie-down straps and U-lock from being punked)
"If it doesn't have a lock, it's bound to walk"
I used 7/8"(5/8" too short)cam locks ($5 ea.) to
replace factory lock dials.
I used the flat wood bit to enlarge the hole only slightly.
The short, bent lock lever was too short,
so I had to "Z" bend the larger lever in order
to use the factory holes inside the storage box.
Here is the finished product...
Pics with chrome tube steps(SOLD)and bed extender
This is how I secure my extender.
I stash it in the lock box when I remove the extender
so that I have it for my mountain bike
Another little extra I couldn't help getting...now removed
