Here's my recently purchased toy. 1991 GMC Syclone #449, yatta yatta yatta. Basically stock. A flowmaster muffler had been installed with Borla tips, and it has been lowered a couple inches. It's got Koni Special shocks on it. But yeah, I find it rather pimpy. I took it autocrossing, and realized it needs alot of work to the suspension to make it more nimble. Therefore, I went and installed some Koni's , and will eventally install my polyurethane bushings that I recently got a hold of. Also, I have a new rear swaybar to throw on. I now have a set of Yokohama A-008R DOT race tires that were donated to me that I will use when I get the suspension work done.
I was able to take it to the strip as well, and was able to run a 13.69 @ 99 mph. G-Tech Pro also clocked my 0-60 time at 4.63 seconds.
I finally mounted a new set of stock wheels (silver, I hate chrome!) that I bought, along with some Goodyear Eagle F1 GS-D3's. And I'm working on getting the factory "Syclone" and "GMC Truck" decals put on.
Feel free to check out my autocrosser:
