Welcome to my Ford Mustang page !
MIB IS THE WINNER OF CARDOMAIN'S FIRST SHOWOFF OF THE YEAR - PEOPLE'S CHOICE AWARD – Thank you Alex, John and everyone at Cardomain.com and thank you one and all for your excellent support !!
Photos of my Mustang, that I bought in the USA on eBay in December 2002 and airlifted with Icelandair Cargo from JFK to Reykjavik, Iceland. "MIB" Mustang In Black is a 1966 Fastback 2+2, Raven Black, Orginal Pony Interior with a strong Fomoco small block 289 V8 modified with a 4bbl. Holley and Edelbrock Performer Polished Manifold, warm cam and a nice set of Headers with dual exhaust, Automatic C4 transmission with a shiftkit and deep cooling pan. MIB rides on 16 x 7 inch American-Racing Torq-Thrust II Wheels and Good-Year Eagle LS 225/50-16 Tires. This beauty is a running restoration and is constantly being pampered and loved ! Most of the photos on this page are from a Yamaha Europe photoshoot ( photographer Jon Lindsay ) here in Iceland in connection with the Hot New Yamaha MT-01 motorcycle intro for 2005, others from car shows or just outside my house. Enjoy !!

The above photo of MIB is one of my alltime favorites !
The above photo is the only one they used for the brochure after a whole day of shooting !
They did use a few on the web like the one above, but not showing much Mustang ! Can you spot the male model in the backround, he flew in specialy from Europe for the job !
See link to Yamaha site: MT-01 - Most of the photos are taken in Iceland
The scene from the outside, while shooting the photo of titanium exhaust above this one.

I wish my garage was this clean and empty !
Post from streetreaper: Five stars, very tastefully done sir. This is a car that is nice and clean and blends the aftermarket with the OEM in such a way that it looks different but you can’t really point your finger on how it achieves the altered look because it all flows so seamlessly. That is exactly how it should be, very well done!
Everybody wanted to pose with the Mustang
Those American Racing mags look mighty fine !!
Love that Fastback simplicity of design, they knew what they were doing back in the sixties !
I think that Turbo Porsche has Mustang Envy !
The MIB license plate was my son's idea, it stands for "Mustang In Black"
On location the house owner had wonderful cars such as a Porsche 911 Turbo, Porsche Cayenne Turbo and Cadillac Escalade all of which he had spent a fortune on, but everyone gathered around the Classic Mustang with enthusiasem.
Even the director of the shoot had to take time out for lunch, he was a grumpy Frenchman, munching on "Freedom Fries" and a burger
On display at the Icelandic Ford importer Brimborg, when they introduced the new 2005 Mustang.
Passing through state inspection with flying colors.
I wonder what he is looking for ???? Hope he found it !
With another Fastback at the Summerfestival at the Dragstrip.
The Classic Automobile Club of Iceland hostst an annual carshow at Arbaersafn in Reyjavik a lovely open air museum to preserve and show selected historic icelandic houses.
It's a great environment to display classic cars, they really go well together
A BIG thank you to Cardomain for choosing MIB for SHOWOFF OF THE WEEK JULY 3, 2006
