BIG-E Motorsports as well as Curry's Auto really did a great job on the powerplant. Especially after discovering the car was a ULEV/California-emissions in disguise and hated many mods. The 2.0 SOHC was treated to a K&N Typhoon CAI and Borla header to help flow. Crane cam with new springs, valves & keepers. MSD coil with DIS-2 ignition, Optima dry-cell and new ECU handles spark and timing. A Magnum head and INDY intake manifold completed the engine.
