Some history about the 1989 Ford Tempo GLS.
From 1989 to 1991 Ford produced a Tempo that was sportier than the normal L and GL models. They came out with the GLS which came with a slightly more powerful 2.3 liter engine, power windows, door locks, sun roof, and all other power options... some of the more rare options only availible on the GLS were power seats and the most rare was the 417 sport appearance package. I was lucky enough to have ALL of the availible options on my car.
