Well here it is, my 1991 Porsche 911 (type 964) C4. This is actually my second 911. The first one I had was also a 1991 911 but a white convertible C2. Reason for giving up the first one?hmm long boring story?let?s just say bad stock market decisions. Anyways I missed driving a 911 so I decided to start looking.
As I hit online resources and print ads from all over the USA I couldn't find one for the price I wanted UNTIL a friend (thanks rurik!) found this one. Fortunately it was only about an hour away from home so I went to go check it out in person. Liked it., had the PPI done, made an offer, counter offer , etc. ?Now it's mine!
Why is this a project? It's a project because it is a 15 year old car. This have started to give and now I'm restoring or refurbishing as much as I can. Furthermore, the interior, personally I don't like the tan. So I'm currently in the process of converting everything to a black interior. Already found someone to buy my seats and have purchased Porsche black replacements. I'll update pics as things progress.
