Hey everyone, thnx for checkin out my page. At the moment my 1987 Audi 4000s is stock except for the stereo. I purchased this car off of some random guy, I walked up and asked if he was selling it. Asking the guy turned out to be a great deal, I offered the guy $500 and he refused, he wanted to get the car running and stuff for me before we talked about money. So, I showed up a day later and tried to get her goin, no luck. Turns out she needed a new battery, so off to Canadian Tire I went, I slapped the new battery in and she fired up, after doing a little fix to the ground cable. So, the car was running and I was offering $500 again the guy refused and told me that $100 is all he wanted. What a great deal! He was also the original owner,so nothing on the car was ever changed, from what I can tell. I slapped in some other new parts such as an airfilter, spark plugs, oil change, engine cleaner, just the basics. After I cleaned the car up and put in the new parts, started her up and she was like new. It has around 500k on it, but runs like new. I purchased the car in Saskatchewan and drove it to BC this summer, the car had no problems, except for the windshield wipers blew off, LOL. My stereo that I put in it consists of a Panasonic CQ-C8400U deck , Clarion component set(installed in the custom door panels I made), Pheonix Gold Xenon 400.1 mono amp, and my Cerwin Vega Stroker! 15" in a huge 5 cubic foot slotted box that I had to jam into the trunk, might not be comin out for awhile, lol. As for my stereo, i'm almost done, maybe a little DVD player with screen and another amp for my sub. As for the car... I have plans of putting some new rims and some lowering springs, then removing all the trim and giving it a new paint job. I would like to do some engine mods to give me more horse power but i'm not sure of anything I can add yet, but i'm open for suggestions. I'm trying to find my digital camera to post some pics. thnx for stoppin.
