This is a 1966 Cadillac Coupe DeVille. On 15 inch spokes with the springs cut to bring the car a mere 3 inches off the ground. Caddy has HID lighting and strobes. Its under construction at the moment. It will going in for Hydraulics this upcoming week. Im also redoing the whole interior in Ostrich Skin. Ill get more pics up here when its done.
