Well it took a while to get to this point but I found all the pieces to fix everything. I picked up a complete A-pillar from a ttop car, got a used seat bracket that goes over the driveshaft hump, and I bought new floor pans. Oh and I almost forgot the color that I am going to paint the car is 8D(Med.Bittersweet Metallic).

Here are the final results of my new floor pans and seat brace installation. As you can see the complete floor is all done sealed and coated.
