VNM_V3N0M's 1969 AMC AMX

Above: this is what the radio/gague/shifter part of the car looked like when the car was attained

Below: a more updated picture, being closer to what it currentley looks like

These panels were made by the previous owner, in place of the upholstered ones, if any one can tell me who makes the speakers in here, that would be great, no marking on back other than resistance, but behind the grill that has been glued to it it says Terminator

Update: seats have been replaced
the seats from an 80-90 Ford escort have been replaced by "factory seats"

the factory seats when we got them VNM_V3N0M's 1969 AMC AMX

Thanks for the heads up, but I'm hoping for something a little closer to cut down on the shipping costs. if i haven't found one by the time i get home then I'll give Tony a call. I've been to Frank's website and I like those hoods but the guy doing the bodywork won't touch my car unless I have a steel hood for it. He's awesome at what he does and I'll do what ever he asks. He's a big AMC fan and has owned a few bad ass AMC's. 3 Machines, 4 Donohue Javelins, 3 AMX's, and an SC/360 Hornet to name a few. Check out his site at members.cox.net/mcsuperbee/images/ Past/1970_blue/1970_blue_machine.htm. You can navigate from there. i can't pull up his site from here but it's pretty cool. Thanks for checking out my site!

Nice find! Good luck with the resto!! I'm in the same boat as you, finding parts can get pricy with these cars.
