Before any of the painting went on, I had to remove my heads, to clean out my cylinders, my heads were sent out to my mechanic because a sealing cap had blown off, and I didn't have the tools necessary to repair them.

I removed my oil pan just to see if everything was good inside there. Good thing I did remove it. I found lots of debris inside of my oil pan, and even the head of a screw. I examined all the piston screws, and found the broken one.

My neighbor saw me working on my engine basically the whole way through, and when he saw the engine ready to be put back into my car, he was in awe of how awsome it looked.

My manifolds however, I should have painted them. I found that out the hard way. I had air brushed them clean back to new, and i liked my work in that, but i wanted to go the extra mile, and paint my manifolds. Had i known that the paint i used wasn't supposed to go on manifolds, i would have just left my manifolds go in all shiny like.

This is my engine finished. You can't really see much of anything except for the valve covers, and some of the top part of the engine block. It's all good though.
