Added some new toys to the interior. This isn't a sound competition vehicle like my old Scort, but just something to give a little "thump" every now and then.
Here is my Rockford Fosgate 10" sub system. I bought it from Crutchfield as a complete kit. Sub, enclosure, 200 watt amp and a Fosgate wiring kit for $249.00 w/ free shipping.
This is the Fosgate 200.2 Punch amplifier that came with the subwoofer kit. This thing is very small, but packs quite a punch.
A very familiar Fosgate 400.a4 amp from my old Escort. I installed this under the passenger seat, but the end caps won't fit. This is running my door and rear deck speakers. The RCA's are the same ones from my old system.
A close-up of the 400.a4 amp w/o it's end caps.
This power distribution block is from my old Escort's system. A little scratched up, but still works very well. 4 AWG main wire from battery with 8 AWG wire to each amp.
4 AWG wire feeding my two amps. Yes, this is the same wire from my old system and still works as good as new. I saved a lot of money reusing some old equipment.
This is the Tsunami 150amp blade fuse feeding the whole amp system. Another part from the old system brought back to life. I'm so glad I saved most of this stuff.
Panasonic CQ-DF401U CD/MP3 head unit.
Infinity Reference 5x7 2-way speakers. I also added some Dynamat Extreme on the rear deck. I will be adding more Dynamat during more audio upgrades.
