Completed the 350zx front Brembo rotor upgrade. These rotors are big. These did not just bolt up. I had to modify the Calipers a bit to get them to work with this rim. I also had to get the wheel rebalanced because I had to move the wheel weights from the center of the rim because it was rubbing on the loop thing that is on top of the 300zx caliper.

Stock 300zx rotor next to the 350z track Brembo rotor

Oil Filter adapter so I can run Filtered oil to my Turbo. I was going to use a Mustang filter but it has a drain back valve so not sure if it would work. For now using the stock KA size filter

I installed a Kenne Bell Boost-A-Spark. This allows me to run a much wider gap on the plug without blowing the spark out. Right now it is at .039 gap at 17psi. Ran test and I have it now running at .045 plug gap at 17psi. While installing the new device I found out that someone failed electronic class. There was 2 wires that connect to the disty that had a 3 inch bare wire that was soldered in and the other wire as 2 wires soldered in instead oj just using once wire. All the solder joints where not the best of quality.

Pic of crappy wire splicing (blurry due to being to close with a cheap camera)

Adjustment Knob is temp. mounted on the Battery :)

Presure switch so it only sends the extra Volts to the coil once it sees 4+ psi

Are you still running the Boost a Spark? I'm looking at adding this to my S14 because I want to be able to gap the plugs normal and not worry about blow out...Was there any long term issues from using it? and negatives? Thanks,

you know, for a KA-t this is one damn fine machine. Im still sorta against the idea of setting one up for my 240 but since i have my sr20 on the way i can actually spend the time needed to prep the 2.4 for a turbo the proper way. beautiful car!

The guage pod's where custom made. The Guage pod behind the Steering wheel was made by someone on one of the forums. He is no longer making them tho :(
