Hi there and thank you for visiting my page. My name is Brittney and this is my 1975 Plymouth Valiant custom that came from the factory with a 318 V8. I bought this car from the original owner back in November of 2004. It had 38K miles on it, and now has 48K.

I am keeping this car as original as I can. Many people mod old cars, but they are only original once! It's not everyday you can see a truly original car like this driving down the road.

My Valiant usually sleeps in a nice garage for the winter, but is out right now for a few more weeks.

My Valiant is unique because unlike
most other 4 door non-brougham,
it has a stock 318 V8. What a sleeper!

Remember, I want to keep this car as true to original as possible. Even the hubcaps and the floor mats are original.

Here are some pictures of the front.

I've always admired the late Elizabeth Montgomery. On her 1977 brown Bentley she had a licence plate that said "BENTLIZ." Even though my Valiant is far from a Bentley, I wanted a plate like hers for my brown 4 door car.

Here are the sides. My Valiant came from the factory with no passenger side mirror (remember they were an option back then.)

I got this decal at the 2006 Chrysler show in Carlisle. Maybe it will keep people from touching the car.

These are the original hubcaps and wheels. I chose Cooper P794 tires.

These are before and after pictures of the rear springs my Dad and I installed. From the ground to the bottom of the bumper measures 19":

I bought a chrome skulls licence plate frame with light up eyes.

Thanks for the tour and rekindling memories. This was my first car, I got it new in the fall of 1974, drove it for 11 years and 195,000 miles. Mine did not have bench seats in front, but had the velour bucket seats. The body, vinyl top and interior appear to be the same color as yours. It was a good car. It had the 318 with good power and handling. I've seen some of these cars recently still on the road, but they are the 6 cylinder version without the power of the V8 and they are not in the good condition that yours is. It's good to see someone like you being a good steward to a fine old car. My next car was the 1985 Pontiac Bonneville, also a good car.
