Once again, I decided to change vehicles. Within the past 4 years I have gone from a viper to a supra and now to the 350z. I found myself never driving the viper and supra, and unable to justify keeping them around. The 350 seemed like a good fit as a daily driver and it has been since we bought it. My wife and I purchased the car back in 2004 and have been having a blast driving it everyday.
For the most part, the car is still stock. I have put on a set of Volk racing SF Challenge wheels, ordered from MVP motorsports, 19x8.5 21 front and 19x9.5 23 rear. The wheels are wrapped in Goodyear Eagle F1 GS-D3 rubber, 255/35/19 front and 275/35/19 rear. The car has also been lowered on a set of Hotchkis springs. When we purchased the car it did not come with the aero package, so we decided to get an aftermarket wing. We ordered the blitz wing from Dusty at MVP motorsports and had it painted and installed at a local shop. A set of Stillen metal matrix brake pads finishes out my modifications at this point. The stock pads dusted like crazy and had to go. The stillen pads still stop great and do not leave any dust behind.
Here are a few exterior shots of the 350z:
