I?ve bought this car in march 2005 from an ebay-auction,without a look at it,I thought,no risk,no fun ! As i picked it up i had to realise that the clutch was completely down.Very nice ,300 miles from home and nearly no clutch to go!I made it home and start to examine the car and i luckyly got a really clean and nearly rust-free car. It?s an 1987 with 1,8litre gas engine ,90 hp,with power steering and ac,that?s quite rare for a german car.I really enjoy driving this car. Before i got it i have been driving Jetta MK1 for 12 years. They are really rare on the streets here.I like to have the double-headlight-setup for the quantum,If anyone can make me an offer, please kontakt me.

Is it as rusr free as it looks ? Nice to see one in that condition. I have two in storage from 84 to restore later (LX 1800 & GX5 2.0) and an 85 Quantum GL5 nearly finished. Did you ever get the twin headlight setup you wanted? I may be able to help with some relevant parts. All the best, Dave.

wow, nice car. i used to have one that my parents bought new in germany in 85. it was the station wagon version though. they had it shipped to the US. it finally died when it had about 150,000 miles on it. all of my memories of growing up were in that car, and i really miss it. hang on to that car. its a good one
