Scode68's 1968 Ford Mustang

The day I first got it! I’ll try to get more pictures up soon and hopefully I’ll remember to take other pictures as I move along but sometimes I forget.

The Car started life in Los Angeles as a J-code 68 coupe with the Sprint B package. Among the options that came with the car and are still on it are the Sprint options, AC, PDB, PS, C4 transmission, deluxe seatbelts, vinyl top and tinted windows. The car came to NJ in 2000 after I bought it and other than a bad paint job and some bubbling under the top it was rust free. The 302 was long gone and a 66- 289 2V engine was in its place and the rear was a 9” from a 69.

A J-code intake was installed along with a carb from a 69 Cougar with a 390 (4300 Ford carb that flows 600CFM).
