What's a HONDA Legend? Well, in Japan, there is not such thing as Acura, and all Legends are badged Honda. I wanted to J-spec the car out, and therefore chose to rebadge the car as a Honda. I am also not really fond of Acura as it was basically created as a Luxry brand because many Americans won't pay 40k for mere "Honda" :)
After selling my Toyota Truck last summer, I decided to get a car for a change that fit my new place as a working man! :) hehe and I somehow managed to located a 1991 Acura Legend within my price range. I think the 2nd Generation Legends were one of the most classy designs for a large sedan. Agressive yet luxrious, low slung and wide shoulders made for a profile that is far from the "I am an old man" image of say a Cadillac or a Lexus LS400. The silky smooth 3.2L Longitudinal V-6 is a gem, sending 200hp and 210 fl/lbs of torque to the front wheels, capapble of accelerating the car from 0 to 60mph in the mid 7 second range.
Of course, a good looking car can only be made better with tasteful mods, and since I have gotten the car (which came complete stock with the factory spoiler), I have been steadily adding a plethora of modifications:
