Gage Pod
Here is an idea that we had discussed for creating a gage pod for the Miata.
This is something I put together quickly in 3D Studio Max. Its a bit rough, but it gives the idea of how the gage pod could be designed and sited.
In this pod the gage holes are angled at 35 degrees towards the driver - here for a right hand drive car. For a left hand drive we can simply mirror image the pod.
