March 22, 2005 brought rain to the area. On my way to an afternoon class in the rain I hit a patch of water changing lanes and it sent me spinning. Sadly 'Nightmare' is no more.

Pictures from the 2004 J-Body Bash in Ohio

I placed third at this years bash, due to a mysterious yellow sedan that no one has a single picture of. That's all in the past and has since been worked out.
New ideas, new plan, a possible color change? Engine upgrades? Only time will tell.
The first J-Body with a carbon fiber roof will soon be without the carbon fiber roof. It just got way too hot this summer and basically cooked the roof. Bubbles formed under the fiber where the roof was previously damaged due to a hail storm back in April. The roof will be redone this time it will be painted gloss black. Too much time and money would have to be involved to re-do the roof in carbon fiber so I decided not to do it.
I also had a little mishap and ran her off the road causing paint damage to the drivers side skirt and rear bumper. I will most likely take the Front, Drivers Side skirt, and Rear bumper back to DaVinci's to be repainted in the spring. The neon underbody kit will probably be ripped off and replaced with a new LED kit, because it too was seriously damaged in the off road incident.
I have a good idea of what I want to do first so the car might stay as is, until I can save up enough to make these small repairs. I’m looking at taking this next year off from showing the car to help save as much money as possible to make the repairs and new ideas a reality. I will however still make an appearance at next years (2005) GM Small Car Bash which has already been announced to take place in Indy.

Another recent addition a new VIS OEM Carbon Fiber Hood:
Info:
Carbon Fiber trunk, I bought it through Tabasco racing, who is supplied by Class Glass. The thing is, Class Glass no longer makes Carbon Fiber Products. There were several reasons they stopped making these products, the main reason was the product quality, although stated on their webpage was not made for show quality the product was said to fit perfectly and that was not true. Many of us J-Body owners that bought products from Class Glass were not at all happy with them. My trunk does not fit perfectly, it does have gaps, and those gaps will be fixed the next time I take it to a body shop to get my new kit painted. Right now I’m currently working on fitment issues with my front bumper and it’s taking up most of my free time. I want to get the kit on, fitted and back off before the first snow.
Body Kit:
It's a mix, Type-J Rear, Import Fighter Sides both from RKSport, and the Extreme GT front bumper I bought through Tabasco Racing. Links are provided above under Favorite Links.
Nitrous:
Nitrous Express Kit, currently set up for a 50 shot.
Lighting:
All of the lighting was wired and installed by me. I ran most of the wires by myself, with some help from friends.

Full interior picture, using a tripod to capture my neon's.
