chitwista2's 2002 Nissan Maxima

chitwista2's 2002 Nissan Maxima This is a shot from the driver's side of my car.. It shows the clear front and back corners, which have hyper white and red bulbs.. It also shows the drop from the H&R springs.. It dropped the front and back approximatly 1.5 inches.. The windows are tinted with a 20% film all the way around..

chitwista2's 2002 Nissan Maxima Here is the 2k2 engine bay. So farI have added the Courtsey Strut Tower Bar, Stillen oilcap, painted all plastic caps to match, 2k2 Altima engine cover and Injen intake.. You can also see the soleniods (gas/nitrous) for the NOS 50 shot wet kit, along with the lines taping into the Ingen intake.. You can also see the Optima red top battery with Stinger accessories, with 0 guage wiring..

chitwista2's 2002 Nissan Maxima A closeup of the wheels.. They are the Motegi 18" RM7.. I love the wheel but need a little more rubber.. Don't want to tear the chrome up with these lovely Chicago potholes.. There is still a small wheel gap but the H&R sport springs took care of the majority of it..

chitwista2's 2002 Nissan Maxima This is the driver's side door which shows the AE door sills and pedals.. Being that we have some bad CHICAGO winters I have to use some ugly floor mats in, but it will save my carpet.. I love the light colored interior but hate the fact that it gets dirty so easy..

chitwista2's 2002 Nissan Maxima Here is my triple gauge pod.. It is the home of my nitrous, air/fuel, and voltage Autometer gauges.. You can also see one of the visor monitors and indash..

chitwista2's 2002 Nissan Maxima Showing the front passenger seat view.. On the front glass is my beloved PASSPORT 8500 radar detector.. Another part I love of the Maxima is the nice crafting of the center councel, making everything easy to access and well within reach.. This also shows the Clarion VRX925DVD which controls my whole system.. This unit can play CD/DVD/MP3 and is also touchscreen..

chitwista2's 2002 Nissan Maxima **NEW PICTURE** Here is the newest addition to the car.. These are 6" headrest monitors by Myron and Davis, they came with factory matched headrests, with the monitor pre-installed..

chitwista2's 2002 Nissan Maxima **NEW PICTURE** This is a great shot of the trunk.. This shows the Sledgehammer MTX Speakerbox which houses my 2 - 12" 9500 Series Woofers.. In the floor I have my MTX 1501d, 564 and DEI 50 farad cap.. The 1501d pictured powers my MTX 9500 subwoofers. The amp on the right is the 564 which powers my Alpine SPR-172a component set as well as my Memphis 15-PR63 rear speakers. The distribution block as well as all RCA cables where made by Stinger. For the power cable we are running Phoenix Gold 1/0 guage wire through a 150 amp fuse under the hood. This combination of products delivers a clear and accurate sound, but can also register SPL levels over the 142db mark.. You can also see the 7" monitor in the passenger side of the trunk..

chitwista2's 2002 Nissan Maxima Here is where I mounted by PSII. This was the easiest place to put it without doing extensive custom work. Plus with it being within an arms reach you can turn it on or off from just about anywhere in the car.

chitwista2's 2002 Nissan Maxima Here is where I mounted to inputs for my PSII. We simply ran PSII controller extention cords to the center console, then cut out the holes for the plugs. It makes it easy when you want to play, you can simply plug in the controller to the center console, when your done take it out. This also helps avoid running the cords from one side of the car and causing tangles.

chitwista2's 2002 Nissan Maxima **NEW PICTURE** Recently I had the nitrous tank painted the same color as the car.. Still needed are other accessories like the warmer and bottle opener, but it will do for now..
