I added IPCW diamond style corner lenses which I then modified the top corner lenses to function just as the lower lenses do.Those who are familar with Chevy trucks, know that the top corner lenses don't light up and are just reflectors.Heres what they looked like before I modded them.

Heres how they look afterwards. They function just as the lower lenses do.Finished pics.

I upgraded the entire headlight circuit,by making my own heavy duty headlight wiring harness kit, with the 4HI- feature, using dual relays,a diode and 12 gauge wiring going directly to the headlight sockets.I did this mod to decrease resistence in the headlight circuit, since the factory lighting setup does not use relays,it just uses a hi current headlight switch. When resistence is decreased, more voltage is available to the bulbs, which in turn will increase the bulbs output. After doing this mod,I noticed a significant increase in light output.

Low beams on wall

4hi-low & hi beam on wall

Here is where I mounted my relays.

I modified a plastic project box to house my relays.

The two relays on the right are for the Hi and low beams, the two on the left are wired to the two direct drive compressors for my airhorns.

Here is where I wired the relays to a fused power source. These trucks have two 30amp fused posts which are not in use from the factory,so they work great for adding accessories.

Here is a custom switch panel that I made from a thin sheet of ABS plastic. The rocker switch on the left controls the angel eyes and the one on the right controls the city lights in the headlights.
