This is just a few picts of "Max"
Max is a '98 GXE with 81K on him.

Update: I traded Max in on a 2001 Jeep Wrangler. I miss my Maxima. I tried to get my wife to drive it to the dealer when I traded it. I had 150,000 miles on that car and it was still running like a top. The ONLY other car I would ever consider owning besides a 4th Gen Maxima is a 5th Gen. For those of you looking at this page wondering if you should buy one, my advice is simple, BUY IT. You will not be disappointed. I bought my Maxima in Oct 2000 in Waldorf, MD. I traded it in March 2005 in San Diego, CA. In that time, Max NEVER let me down. Not once! The only time it ever saw a mechanic was for routine maintenance I could not perform myself..alignments, shocks & springs (which I did do and screwed the rear shocks up), and new tires. Everything else I did myself.

My Max was the best car I have ever owned. I would buy another one in a heartbeat.

These picts will serve as the "before" shots. I have not made any mods. The only plans are really pretty tame compared to some. But, Max is not a showman. I wanna be able to have a nice ride with an edge of performance. Let me list what I wanna do.

1 - I do wanna "Black Out" the car. This includes
A - taking off all exterior chrome
Done B - remove pin stipes
C - tint the windows
D - put a bra on

2. Rear sway bar.
3. Front and Rear strut tower bars.
4. CAI.
5. Exhaust - not sure what or when.
6. 16's on the feet.

That's about it for the mods. I'm sure I'll see something else I wanna do to it, but for now, Max does fine.
