sweet teddy my friend gots a black one it will be on her sortly if ur going to turbo i could help u put it in cus i live in lakeland it took me about 9 hours to put mine in cus i had to leave to get some parts and about 2 to take it out cus my turbo oil seals r gone if u get i will help

TURBO MANG! Its the way to go.. if you go to honda-tech.com and you go to the forced induction forum and look for LS-T.. You will see why turbo is better! haha im turboing mine with the peakboost turbo kit, neptune and full race traction bar.. i should be seein around 300 whp on stock block! Check out my ride! damn man nice integra really clean sucks for the ticket though i know how u feel i had 5% on mine and got pulled over 3 times b4 i got it fixed but keep up the good work looks nice check out my car sometime

Hey man my opinion is to just keep it ls and put a turbo kit on it. Trust me it will fly. you dont need the v-tec when putting a turbo on the ls. come check my integ out and see what you think
