I AM NO LONGER SELLING THESE SUB BOXES. I HAVE LEFT THE INFORMATION POSTED HERE FOR OTHERS TO USE AS A REFERENCE FOR THEIR OWN PROJECTS. THANKYOU TO ALL WHO PURCHASED BOXES FROM ME!

94-97 DOWN FIRING ONLY
Boxes are now available for 94-97 cars. I am offering them in downfiring only, other options remain the same. The volume is about .37 cubic feet, and the shape of the box allows for subs with slightly larger magnets than the JL 8w3v2, however I have not tried any others. Shown below is the 94-97 box finished in full tan carpet, with optional gold banana plugs, and also one with optional smooth black finish installed in a 97. Note that the floormat is from the drivers side and was not a perfect fit, but the box still fit good with and without it. It should fit best with the right floormat.

90-93 FORWARD FIRING
There is a forward firing version (shown below), where the sub is exposed for show. The volume of the forward firing box is approximately .35 cubic feet.

Below is the box with optional smooth satin black finish.

Below is the same box fully carpeted (standard).

90-93 DOWN FIRING
The other version is a downfiring version in which the sub faces downward and is invisible. The volume of the downfiring version in approximately .32 cubic feet. Optinal smooth finish shown below.

Below on the right, you see everything you get, stainless screws, sub, velco, and wire. Gold banana plugs are an extra option.

CUSTOM OPTIONS
Standard finish is black or tan carpet. Extra custom options are avaiable, including:

Custom color painted finish: $10
Real carbon fiber face: $40
Gold banana plugs: $10
Other: ?

MORE INFO
Below shows the avalable legroom. I am 6 feet tall and wear size 12 shoes. Thats me sitting in the car taking the picture. I dont have a problem sitting there, but for long drives the box can be slid right out and placed in the trunk in a matter of seconds. A strong type of velco on the bottom of the box attaches to the carpet floormat and keeps the box from sliding out until you want it to. 8 Stainless steel screws, and 4 feet of speaker wire are also included.

Below is a pic of the JL Audio 8W3V2 that is included with the box. You can see it has a rather large magnet, so most other subs should fit just fine. Also, JL offers grill mesh inserts that fit directly inside the rubber mounting gasket for a very clean install on forward firing enclosures.

The forward firing box is more for sound quality. The downfiring box is more for SPL. Box boxes sound very good, but the forward firing version has a cleaner crisper more "musical" sound. The downfiring version gives up some of the forward firings's sound quality, but there is a noticeable increase in SPL, or in other words, its louder. Another thing to consider is theft. The downfiring looks exaclty the same as the forward firing, except there is no sub visible. Lastly, the forward firing version has more internal volume, .37 cubic feet, whereas the downfiring is a bit smaller at .32 cubic feet. Both boxes fit the same (depth wise) and look the same when installed, which is why the downfiring must be smaller.
