26-9-06 I just replace the 355 by a.....305 L69 for the time i built a new 383. The l69 is pretty impressive for a 305!!14.34@93mph Here is a link to a small video of the 305ci
Here the url to a dragstrip pass with the 305 http://videos.streetfire.net/video/9228fb90-234f-432d-9fbc-9854010f5e6f.htm I add an Proform electric water pump on the 305 should give a 15HP hope to break in to the 13s with a internaly STOCK L69.For cooling it work great iraise the temp to 195 stop the engine and start the 16" electric fan and the water pump and got 150 in about 2 min.
Just add nitrous for fun . A little 75HP shot very impressive... 1.73 for the 60' almost lift off the ground the front driver wheel !!
