HISTORY

In 1989 for my 15th birthday, I got RAIF, who was 2 years old already. He has been my daily driver ever since! I have definately made some changes over the years as you can plainy see. Thanks to some help over the years, be it from my father or from my x-boyfriends (yep, I'm a girl), I learned that working on cars is not as hard as I once thought. Its just taking things one step at a time!
I started out modifying the car with the typical things...tint, wheels. Then I moved on with the smaller easier stuff, stereo, lighting, emblems. The more serious modifying began in late 1999: gfx, engine detailing, interior detailing, more aggressive wheels and tires!
In 2000, came the car shows...I also got my mascot who has been with me since my first show!
Well, what's the deal with the Dragon, you ask?!?
Well, I wanted a theme for RAIF at shows & Dragons are like Firebirds.
Not buying it, eh? Well let me show you...
FIRE: Dragons breath fire, so they definitely meet that criteria. Have you noticed how in some renderings the Firebird is breathing fire?
BIRD: Dragons have wings & fly, like a Firebird.
So there you go. In the end, it all ties in nicely.
After that first show I learned alot. Things snowballed from there! In 2001, I joined a local Firebird and Camaro club, ACFA, and met my best friend Joe. We have been modifying & customizing cars ever since! Personally, I think we make a pretty darn good team. So do the judges it seems! We are still at today, and learning more each & everyday. Always pushing the limits! I have always wanted to make RAIF something that stands out, that has personality. It's taken tons of hard custom work to do it, but I think I'm finally there.
