PLEASE BE SURE TO CHECK THE OTHER CARS IN MY GARAGE

Here I was with my 355CI, T-56 backed hemorrhoid. I should give you some background information before I start bad mouthing my old car. I owned that car since I was 15 and recently sold it to a lucky new owner in Michigan somewhere. They showed up with an enclosed Chevrolet trailer to pick it up, which made me feel like it was getting a good home. It was a interesting situation. The buyer was in the millitary stationed somewhere in Cali and purchased the car site-unseen from an ebay auction I had. He sent his friend Dexter (I think his name was)from his hometown Michigan to purchase it and pick it up. I took his friend for a test ride and it more than exceed his expectations! The strange part is the actual buyer (who was in the service, Navy I think) would not see the car for almost a year. After the purchase was finalized I saw the past 11 years of my life drive away in the enclosed Chevrolet trailer (I was told Dexter's Grandfather owned a Chevy dealer). As the trailer drove away I could only think one thing, THAT CAR WAS AND ALWAYS WILL BE MY FIRST LOVE (automotive love that is). After it arrived in Michigan, Dexter called me almost every day asking questions about the car. He ended up puting it on the road and driving it around for his friend who was in the service. If I was Dexter's friend I would have been pissed. Regaurdless, one day the calls stopped?!? What ever happened to Dexter and the 86 I spent 11 years of my life building? Perhaps the rightful owner came home safe from his service to our country and is enjoying it right now? Perhaps it got totalled in a 178mph accident? Who knows? Do you? If so let me know?
A word of advice:
Factory is bliss, so all of you guys and gals out there with your stock camaro's, take a word of advice, "Keep it that way!!!" One smart man told me something that will always stick with me... "Custom mods equal custom problems". I was and always will be in a never ending quest for ultimate power. It is a disease that bites and bites hard. Don't catch the bug, it sticks with you for life. I am now much older and realize I had sunken an un-godly amount of money in to an 86 Camaro. Guess what... After all that money and all those years, it still is and always will be, just another 86 Camaro. Enjoy my page, this Camaro was my greatest mistake!

A nice sunset shot after a good wet sand and buff.

The mighty mouse power plant. 355ci high compression mouse that could!

The "UH-OH BAR"... AKA "JUNGLE GYM". Of corse the baby bottle in blue.
