Here's my 1993 Cobra # 4537 of 4993. It is a black mustang with opal (gray) interior. I got her with right around 67K miles on the ticker. From the factory, these cars were rated at 235 horse power and 280 lbs.-ft. of torque. Most people agree that these cars were severely under rated.

I got this car back in the spring of 2001. I drove from Austin, TX to Springfield, MO to buy it. After getting the cobra, I proceeded to Wichita, KS (my hometown) for an overnighter, plus I wanted to see the full capabilities of the 93 cobra. Needless to say, I was impressed. After leaving Wichita, it was back to Texas! I recieved a lot of compliments and thumbs up from all sorts of people on my trip. I can't believe the looks I still get to this day. Even with its stock appearance, it's still a head turner.
I've got the pre-requisite bolt-ons: new ring & pinion gears, 3.73's, to replace the stock 3.08's, FRPP equal length headers, K&N filter which I tend to call a 'hot air induction kit' or 'HAI' due to the fact it just sucks in hot engine air.
I replaced the stock shifter for a Steeda Tri-Ax unit. This unit has a better feel to it, shorter throws, and a self-centering mechanism to help keep those missed 2/3 shifts from happening. I also added an off-road H-Pipe and complete Flowmaster 'American Thunder' cat back kit. My most recent modification consists of a FRPP E-303 cam and Crane valve springs. This put quite a noticable difference in the performance level.
I recently started getting an itch to get back into car audio. The audio system had remained completely stock for quite some time so I finally decided to get a new head unit. The unit of choice was this Premier/Pioneer DEH-P940MP single CD player. This unit does everything and is a great master unit to build off of. Stay tuned for future additions.
